Lou Malnati's is considered the oldest family name in Chicago pizza, serving authentic deep dish since 1971 with the original Chicago deep dish recipe passed down through four generations. Every pizza is handmade from scratch using only the freshest and finest ingredients including their signature flaky, buttery crust, vine-ripened California tomatoes, and premium Wisconsin mozzarella cheese.
