Standard shipping is included in all package prices. Perishable items are packed in a cooler with enough dry ice to keep 'em cold for 3 days of transit. We ship via FedEx, using the most efficient service for delivery and we are currently only shipping within the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). All packages will ship within 3 business days and arrive in 1-3 days from when it ships. You will receive tracking information once the package ships. If you do not receive tracking, please reach out via the Contact Us information.

In order to ship a package, we need:

A complete street address with correct zip code, apartment or suite number (if applicable), and correct spellings of streets and city
A daytime phone number for the recipient
A business name is needed for all business addresses

Be sure to double check your delivery address before completing your order! Delays in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee. We can't say it enough...please check and re-check addresses!

Deliveries are made without a signature so the recipient does not need to be home to receive the package.

We package all perishable food items in a cooler with enough dry ice for the time in transit.
Some important information about the dry ice we use in our packages:

Dry ice is extremely cold at -109.3°F!
Any remaining dry ice in your package should be handled with care. Avoid contact with your skin.
Don't see any dry ice left? It's OK! We expect the dry ice to evaporate during transit.
We guarantee that your items will still be frozen or cool to the touch upon delivery.
If you are not ready to enjoy your items just yet, place the contents in the freezer.
